Feel free to ask any questions you might have; whether you have a set date and location or not, I'm here to assist with all the details. Once you've submitted your inquiry, I'll get back to you within 48 hours.
We'll schedule a call or place to connect and discuss the details of your dream wedding day. During our conversation, we'll chat all about your vision and desires for the perfect wedding experience. I'll assist you in creating a loose timeline during the call, ensuring that every aspect is tailored to your preferences. This helps me create your package for booking.
After our call, I will send over the booking form to lock in your day! It will include both a contract and invoice, requiring a 40% retainer payment to officially reserve your day. From there, we will start working on all your CUSTOM planning that includes vendor referrals, timeline planning, location scouting, and getting to know each other more.
Delivery
On your special day you'll receive a collection of polaroids capturing precious moments I've captured throughout the festivities. Within 48-72 hours following your wedding, you'll receive a sneak peek gallery filled with highlights from every aspect of your celebration. This gallery will be readily shareable with your loved ones through a convenient link.
Then, within 8-12 weeks of your wedding, you'll receive the complete gallery! Additionally, I'll be there to assist you in creating a stunning custom coffee table album if you elect to get one featuring all your breathtaking photos, ensuring your memories are beautifully preserved for years to come.
Day Of
Your day is here!! This is where you see the true value of the time we spent chatting and getting to know each other. I strive to create a relaxed atmosphere where we feel like old friends, sharing jokes and stories together. It's in these moments that your true selves shine, allowing me to effortlessly capture your natural love. I am like Monica on Phoebe’s wedding day minus the headset—unless you have one. I will be there for everything you need and also blend in seamlessly so you barely notice me. I touch base with all the vendors and other important people throughout the day to make sure we are set on timeline. When things come up I make sure everyone knows the changes. I heard cats for family photos and get them done in record time so you can enjoy your guests. I make sure you eat before photos. I have back-up plans for elopement locations or couples photos locations if we need them. I’m telling you I do it all.
PLanning
I take pride in being more than just a photographer; I see myself as your guide throughout the entire wedding planning process if needed. From extensive location scouting to assisting in finding your ideal vendors, recommending hotels or local airbnbs, helping you find the perfect dress or even sourcing a local food truck for catering, I'm committed to ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. I'm here to transform your dream day into reality. I don’t give a planning guide instead I consider myself your personal planning guide.

I also meeting up a second time if possible, preferably over tacos, to dive deeper into your story and go over any last minute things. This often happens when we do the engagement session.
